Also, this weight gain will be more than what you would normally have if you skipped breakfast, and you will probably need to work out more to lose the weight that you have gained. It is also possible that you will be weak, tired, and run down after the extra sleep that you got. All of these things are normal after a short amount of time without a good breakfast.
